Guardian HMS 65 Mastic Heat Shrinkable Sleeve
GUARDIAN HMS 30/65 is a 2-layer heat shrinkable sleeve system designed for corrosion protection of field girth weld joints in water supply, gas distribution, and transmission networks. It is especially suited for low to medium shear or low stress environments in moderate climates.
The system is compatible with standard pipe coatings and can be applied to bare replacement pipe sections and large radius bends. With a low preheat requirement, GUARDIAN HMS 30/65 is ideal for large diameter water pipes under normal conditions. For pipes DN750 (30”) and larger in high shear or high stress environments, GUARDIAN HCS 65 or GUARDIAN HSS 60/80 is recommended.

Guardian HMS 100 Mastic Heat Shrinkable Sleeve
GUARDIAN HMS 100 is a high-performance 2-layer heat shrinkable sleeve system for the corrosion protection of girth weld joints in water supply, gas distribution, and transmission pipelines. It is designed for both onshore and offshore applications, offering reliable protection in demanding environments.
The construction consists of a visco-elastic butyl-based adhesive and a radiation cross-linked high-density polyethylene backing with a temperature indicator pattern (TIP). GUARDIAN HMS 100 is compatible with most common steel pipe coatings and can be applied directly to preheated and cleaned pipe surfaces without primer.
