Introduction

DISC (acronym of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance) Profiling is a powerful behaviour model introduced by Professor William Marston in 1928. It has been proven to be simple yet effective to use in explaining an individual’s personality and behaviour.

Target Audience

HR Practitioners & Leaders who have formal supervision role – Manager, Assistant Managers, Team Leads or Supervisors.

Methodology

The course will be conducted in an interactive learning mode in order to encourage active learning among the participants. Methods of training include group discussions, slide presentations, assessments, individual assignments, games and opportunities for self-reflection and action planning.

Additional Notes

For this program to be successful, the course must be supported with a paid DISC Assessment from a DISC Assessment Centre. There will be a cost of RM100 per assessment.
