Introduction

DISC (acronym of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance) Profiling is a powerful behaviour model introduced by Professor William Marston in 1928. It has been proven to be simple yet effective to use in explaining an individual’s personality and behaviour.

Methodology
