Jotun Barrier ZEP HS is a high-performance zinc epoxy primer specially developed for medium to high corrosive environments (up to C4 High, ISO 12944-2). With high-volume solids and low VOC emissions, this user-friendly primer provides reliable corrosion protection on carbon steel substrates in atmospheric conditions.

Engineered with ASTM D520 Type II zinc dust, Barrier ZEP HS ensures excellent cathodic protection and is suitable for use as the first layer in a multi-coat system. Its fast dry-to-recoat and fast dry-to-handle properties improve productivity, while its broad climate adaptability (5°C to 40°C) ensures consistent performance worldwide.
