Through this inclusive scholarship initiative, Raffles University aims to bridge the educational gap by offering comprehensive financial support to talented individuals who face economic barriers but show promising academic potential.

• Submit your application at least 14-28 days before the semester begins
• Your family's combined monthly earnings should be under RM 4,000

• Scholarship holders need to achieve and maintain a CGPA of at least 2.50
• Only a select number of scholarships are offered each semester
• This financial aid program is tailored for students experiencing economic hardships
• Selected candidates will be expected to engage in campus life and volunteer work
