Caregiver

• Responsible for the comprehensive care of a 75-year-old grandmother who was paralyzed all over her body and unable to care for herself due to the effects of a stroke.
• Provided round-the-clock personal care, including but not limited to:
  • Assisting with personal hygiene and cleanliness
  • Changing clothes and bed linens
  • Assisting with turning and movement (under the guidance of healthcare professionals)
• Administered nutritional support through a nasogastric tube according to medical instructions and dietitian recommendations, and recorded feeding details.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort of the home environment, ensuring a safe and hygienic living space for the grandmother.
• Prepared nutritious and balanced meals based on the grandmother's dietary needs and health condition.
• Closely monitored the grandmother's physical condition and emotional changes, and promptly reported to family members or relevant personnel.
• Maintained good communication with family members to collaboratively provide the best care for the grandmother.
