Instructions Step 1 - Perm Lotion
Shampoo and towel dry. Then finish with a hair dryer to dry evenly while leaving 20% of moisture. Apply Step 1 and wind hair on perm roller. Follow the Instruction on the package for heating and processing. Rising is NOT necessary for step 1. After taking test curls, you are ready for the neutralization.
Step 2 - Neutralizer
Directly apply Step 2 for neutralization after taking test curls. Apply Step 2 one more time for better penetration in the middle of time required for neutralization. Taking time is 5 to 10 minutes.
