• Active Ingredient: Apixaban 5 mg
• Inactive Ingredients: Various excipients (binders, fillers, etc.)

• Prevent stroke and systemic embolism in adults with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) and at least one additional risk factor.
• Treat deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE), and prevent recurrent DVT and PE.

• Dosage: Typically, one 5 mg tablet taken twice daily. The initial dose should be taken 12 to 24 hours after surgery for DVT prevention1.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet2.
• Precautions: Avoid activities that may increase the risk of bleeding. Inform your doctor about any other medications you are taking2.
• Storage: Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
