Performance Characteristrics

The JH21 series press boasts several key features:
High-quality steel plate welded body, tempered (or vibration aging) shot blasting treated for enhanced rigidity and stable accuracy.
Vertically arranged crankshaft with rolling treatment for smoothness and flexible rotation. Rectangular six-sided extended guide rail ensures high guiding accuracy.
Pneumatic dual balance cylinder balances the weight of the slider and upper mold, reducing impact and noise while improving forming accuracy.
Overall system adopts imported PLC centralized control and gas circuit is controlled by imported safety dual valve, allowing for inch movement, single and continuous stamping.
Key components such as sliders, guide rails, workbenches, connecting rods, and flywheels are made of resin sand, improving surface roughness and dimensional accuracy compared to general clay sand manufacturing.
JH21-60 and above tonnage products feature electric adjustment of mold height, high-quality configuration, and imported key components such as pneumatic components, electrical components, seals, buttons, etc.
