Ingredients: Fish Fillett , Vegetables (sengkuang, corn, onion, carrot, celery leaves) , Water, Cassava Starch, Palm Oil, Sugar, Flavour Enchancer, Textured Vegetable Protien (wheat, soy) Wheat Starch, Legume Product, Albumen (egg), Thickener (INS 1414), (soy, wheat), Hyrdolysed Vegetable Protien (soy), Spices, Flavouring (crab).

Preparation: 

• Tasty stir - fry - Defrost product , then cut the product into desire size, stir fry with other delicacies (vegetables, seafood or noodle) about 2-3 minutes 
• Steam - Heat the water unil boil 100°C . Steam the frozen product for 10 minutes
• Boil - Boil the forzen product in 100°C. Hot soup for approximately 10 minutes 
• Air fry - Defrost product, air fry the product at 180°C about 8 minutes. Turn the product over half- way through the total cooking time.
