Ingredients: Fish Fillet, Water , Soya Beans Oil, Cassava Starch, Cheese Salt Guia (milk) , Thickener INS1414, Squid Fish Roe (wheat,soy), Albunem (Egg) , Flavour Enchancer (INS 332)(soy) , Stabilizer INS 412 , Palm oil, Flavoring. 

Preparation: 

• Tasty stir - fry - Defrost product , then cut the product into desire size, stir fry with other delicacies (vegetables, seafood or noodle) about 2-3 minutes 
• Steam - Heat the water unil boil 100°C . Steam the frozen product for 10 minutes
• Boil - Boil the forzen product in 100°C. Hot soup for approximately 10 minutes 
• Air fry - Defrost product, air fry the product at 180°C about 8 minutes. Turn the product over half- way through the total cooking time.
