To proceed with the incorporation, all directors and shareholders will be required to complete their personal details and Client Due Diligence (CDD) forms, as well as provide identification and verification documents. A detailed checklist of the required information and documents will be shared with you once our engagement is confirmed.
As part of the process, we will assist you with unlimited company name searches via SSM’s MyCoID system. Typically, we will request three proposed names from you and conduct the availability checks on your behalf. Please note, however, that the final approval of the company name rests solely with the Registrar of Companies (SSM) upon submission. In general, the approval process for incorporation takes approximately two to three (2-3) working days.
