Trilon E Cream is indicated for inflamed fungal skin infections, where both fungal pathogen and inflammatory component need to be treated simultaneously, such as:
Tinea infections (e.g. athlete’s foot, jock itch) with associated redness or itching
Dermatitis with secondary fungal infection or eczema with fungal involvement
Other localized fungal eruptions accompanied by inflammation
Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area twice daily, unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider
Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed
Treatment duration is usually no longer than 1–2 weeks; if no improvement, consult a physician
Do not use on broken skin, open wounds, or near eyes
Avoid occlusive dressings unless advised by a doctor
Discontinue use and seek medical advice if signs of allergic reaction (rash, swelling, severe itching, or difficulty breathing) occur
Not recommended during pregnancy unless benefits outweigh risks—animal studies suggest potential fetal harm, human data insufficient
Not advisable during breastfeeding, especially if applied near the breasts. Limited human data; avoid accidental infant exposure
Use caution if you have renal impairment or liver disease, though systemic absorption is minimal when applied topically
Driving/machinery: Generally does not impair ability; use only if feeling well
Topical use has negligible systemic interaction with alcohol, but applying alcohol-containing skincare at the same site may cause irritation
