Indications
Diabetmin is indicated for the treatment of:
Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: In adults whose blood sugar levels cannot be controlled by diet and exercise alone.
Monotherapy or Combination Therapy: May be used alone or in combination with other oral antidiabetic agents or insulin.
Dosage and Administration
Dosage: Take one tablet (500 mg) once daily with the evening meal.
Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew, crush, or break it.
Adjustments: After 10 to 15 days, dose adjustment based on blood glucose measurements is recommended. The maximum recommended dose is 4 tablets (2000 mg) once daily with the evening meal.
