Dermovate Ointment is indicated for the short-term treatment of:
Psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque psoriasis)
Recalcitrant dermatoses
Lichen planus
Discoid lupus erythematosus
Other skin conditions unresponsive to less potent steroids
Application: Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily.
Duration: Use for up to 4 weeks.
Maximum Weekly Dose: Do not exceed 50g per week.
Children: Not recommended for children under 1 year.
Occlusion: If necessary, occlusive dressings may enhance efficacy; however, avoid prolonged use.
Aftercare: Allow adequate time for absorption before applying emollients.
