Machine Features
Flexible Design:
1. Label applicators with 4-axis position adjustment.
- Vertical axis (adjust the label placement height).
- Horizontal axis (adjust the initial label placement).
- ± 5° rotation in vertical axis (fine-tune the initial label placement).
- Tilt axis ranges from 0° to 15°.
2. Adjustable stainless steel sheet feeding tray and collection tray to accommodate a wide range of sheets.
3. Stainless steel console with caster wheel and leveling pad makes the machine movable and the conveyor height is adjustable.
User-Friendly:
1. PLC controlled with a LCD display module.
2. Displays and records of product and label counters.
3. Label the gap sensor with an easy teaching function.
