JG-103 Digital Display Rockwell hardness tester with large screen button control, easy to understand. The equipment has good reliability, operability and intuitiveness, and is a high-tech product integrating electromechanical. Can display and set the current test scale, load time, hardness conversion value, etc., and can also print out the test results. Hardness test results are saved in real time, the operation interface is intuitive and clear, and easy to use. Suitable for quenching, quenching and tempering, annealing, chilled castings, malleable castings, hard alloy steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, bearing steel and other hardness determination.
It can automatically convert various hardness parameters to each other, configure the printer, and read the relevant test results. Automated operation is achieved, eliminating human operation and reading errors.
The loading, holding and unloading of the test force are controlled by the motor, which eliminates the manual operation error of the manual Rockwell hardness tester, and the accuracy conforms to GB/T230.2-2018, ISO6508-2 and American ASTM E18-16-M standards.
