EasiYo yogurt is so simple to make, just follow the three step process and you’ll have fresh, delicious yogurt at home.
It’s that easy. Each sachet makes 1kg yogurt.
1. First prepare the jar by half-filling it with room temperature water, adding the yogurt starter, and then topping off with more water.
2.Next, prepare the yogurt maker by inserting the plastic baffle and filling it with boiling water up to the baffle line.
3.Place the jar inside the maker, put on the lid, and leave it to incubate for 8-12 hours.
After incubation, chill the yogurt in the refrigerator before enjoying.
