Fixed Boom B.M.U (CWG)

Fixed Boom B.M.U (CWG)

Fixed boom BMU systems are permanent façade access solutions designed for safe and efficient maintenance of high-rise buildings. Installed at rooftop level, these systems consist of a rigid, non-articulating boom mounted on a fixed pedestal or track system, providing stable vertical access along designated façade zones.

Unlike telescopic, a fixed boom BMU operates with a constant outreach, making it ideal for buildings with flat elevations and consistent façade geometry. The cradle is raised and lowered via hoisting mechanisms integrated into the unit, ensuring controlled and secure access for maintenance personnel.

They are ideal for:

  • Routine façade cleaning and maintenance

  • Glass panel installation and replacement

  • Sealant works and façade repairs

  • High-rise inspection and restoration activities

Fixed boom BMU systems are valued for their structural simplicity, durability, and cost efficiency. With fewer moving articulation points, they require lower maintenance while offering reliable long-term performance.

Custom-engineered to suit each building’s structural layout and loading requirements, our fixed boom BMU systems are designed in compliance with JKKP and CIDB standards, prioritizing operational safety, wind stability, and long service life.
