A highly recommended hands-on course by over 400,000 entrepreneurs in China—the “Entrepreneurial Mindset” program—has made its first overseas debut, selecting Malaysia as its inaugural destination. DNYH aims to equip local small and medium-sized enterprises with the capabilities to generate billions in annual revenue and effectively manage teams of more than 800 people. Upholding its mission of “one-stop solutions to business management challenges”, DNYH empowers Malaysian entrepreneurs to achieve rapid performance growth and build stronger, more competitive companies.
In China, DNYH attracts between 3,000 and 10,000 business owners every month to its “Entrepreneurial Mindset” courses, with peak attendance exceeding 10,000 participants—earning it the reputation as the “King of Offline Courses.” Aspiring to become a highly respected training institution, the company invested RMB 480 million to build a grand headquarters by Taihu Lake in Suzhou, covering 20 acres with a total floor area of over 40,000 square meters. Founder Su Yinhua, aged 42, was born in a rural village in Fu’an, Fujian. Driven by an unwillingness to settle for an ordinary life, he began his entrepreneurial journey at 19. He lives by the principle of “teach what I do, and do what I teach”, sharing 23 years of real-world business management experience to cultivate strong execution capabilities among participants. Through DNYH’s training programs, more than 400,000 alumni have entered various industries—including wholesale, retail, food and beverage, education, furniture, construction, and manufacturing—many of whom have grown their businesses from millions to tens or even hundreds of millions in revenue.
In Malaysia, more than 500 entrepreneurs have previously traveled to China to attend DNYH courses and achieved remarkable results. These participants include founders and CEOs of well-known sanitary ware brands, fashion label 2L Fashion, TeaGarden, and performance incentive software Vimigo. The “Entrepreneurial Mindset” course covers core areas such as how to distribute profits, how to generate revenue, and how to collect payments—emphasizing the development of holistic, system-level thinking.
How to distribute profits: mastering team management to effectively motivate employees and retain talent. How to generate revenue: building outstanding products by deeply understanding customer needs. How to collect payments: establishing efficient processes and automated marketing systems.
This marks DNYH’s first expansion beyond China. From March 29 to 31, the program will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, offering Malaysian entrepreneurs a rare learning opportunity. Seats are limited—entrepreneurs are encouraged to seize this chance to learn from China’s leading DNYH program.
DNYH is committed to helping small and medium-sized enterprises break through growth bottlenecks and achieve sustainable development. It has become an important platform for entrepreneurs seeking to enhance strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
DNYH is dedicated to delivering practical methods that help SMEs grow from startup to expansion while building highly efficient teams.
