Under Malaysian law, any non-fire compartmented occupancy exceeding 1,000 square meters above ground, or any basement compartment regardless of size, must be provided with a powered smoke spill system.
Fire Resistance Level (FRL): Our systems are certified for 120/120/120 (2 hours). This covers Stability (no collapse), Integrity (no smoke leaks), and Insulation (no heat transfer to nearby materials).
High-Temperature Fans: We install high-static Axial Fans equipped with Class H motors, certified to run at 250°C for 120 minutes.
