BENPHYSIO at AmBank: Promoting Staff Wellness
BENPHYSIO was delighted to visit AmBank to provide on-site physiotherapy services for their staff. Our team of physiotherapists offered personalized care, helping employees relieve tension, improve posture, and learn simple exercises to maintain better musculoskeletal health.
The session allowed staff to experience the benefits of physiotherapy firsthand and gain practical tips to integrate wellness into their daily routines. It was rewarding to see participants leave feeling more relaxed, energized, and informed about maintaining their health at work.
