This machine is widely used in all kinds of flange forming, winding, cutting. With special mold and adjustable pressure wheel can also make square, oval workpiece.
It is the preferred equipment for ventilation pipe flange, clamp hoop, environmental dust removal skeleton, mirror frame, lampshade, crafts and other industries to improve product quality, reduce production costs, and improve production capacity. The machine adopts single chip integrated control, touch test switch arbitrary adjustment parameters, has the characteristics of simple operation, smooth, fast and accurate, with the advantages of fast, slow and pour.
Materials: Wire feed wheel, cutting knife and other excellent alloy steel, and through vacuum treatment, so that it has wear resistance, prolong the service life. Straightening block using cast iron / alloy / plastic king.
The shaft is all made of 40CR or 45 # steel, and is tempered, and the gear is all made of forging billet, tempered and high-frequency quenching of the tooth surface, and the hardness is as high as HRC 55~58 degrees.
