Indication
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for relief of symptoms related to estrogen deficiency in peri and postmenopausal women (e.g. hot flushes, sleep disturbance, vaginal dryness).
Also indicated for prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis in women at high risk
Dosage: Take one tablet daily, at approximately the same time each day. Timing relative to meals is not critical
Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew, crush, or break it
Regimen: Continuous therapy—start a new pack immediately after finishing the previous one. In women with an intact uterus, add a suitable progestogen for at least 10–14 days every 4 weeks to prevent endometrial hyperplasia
