Chemoport Needles or
Huber Needles are specially designed, non-coring needles used to access chemoports for patients undergoing treatments like chemotherapy, IV fluid infusions, blood sampling, antibiotic treatment, anti-viral treatment and total parental nutrition (TPN).
Huber needle's unique needle tip design prevents coring of port silicone septum. This allow safer and more efficient for repeated port access. This also minimizes damage to the port’s septum and reduces infection risks, ensuring the chemoport remains functional over extended periods.
Huber needle without winged and tubing design, that comes in angled version with flushing hub only, is dedicated for flushing purpose or treatment within 1 day use only.
