Nippon Paint CMI Wallskim SP is a premium polymer-modified, water-resistant cement-based skim coat (top coat) for semi-exposed walls and ceilings. It provides a smooth, durable, and non-powdery surface, ideal for painting or wallpaper, and is certified with the Singapore Green Label. It offers excellent adhesion, flexural strength, abrasion, water, and weather resistance, making it suitable for semi-exposed or exterior finishing.
Uses: Top coat for precast/rendered surfaces, recommended with CMI® Base Mortar SP and Nippon Paint exterior systems. Not for painted surfaces.
Advantages: Premixed and easy to apply, consistent quality, high bonding strength, non-powdery finish, eco-friendly and IBS-friendly.

CMI® Base Mortar is a polymer-modified, water-resistant cement-based base coat for interior concrete walls, block walls, and ceilings. It improves surface quality before applying top coats and is certified with the Singapore Green Label.
Uses: Interior base coat for concrete and block walls, surface improvement for rendered surfaces. Recommended for QLASSIC / CONQUAS / BQUAS projects. Not for painted surfaces.
Advantages: Premixed for consistent quality, easy to apply, IBS-friendly, excellent bonding and workability, eco-friendly, and provides a solid base for top coat application.
