- Recipe and technic to cook jelly to transparent (demo)
- How to cook jelly to the right texture for injection
- Injection technic and Hands on to make your own 8 inch jelly cake and 1 small jelly (worth Rm155)
- How to use colouring
- How to create flowers, leaf, buds etc
- How to do with frame
