Indications
YSP Domper is indicated for symptomatic relief in:
- Nausea and vomiting due to central or local causes (e.g. gastritis, medications, motion sickness),
- Delayed gastric emptying (gastroparesis) with reflux or dyspepsia,
- As an anti emetic during cytostatic or radiation therapy,
- To facilitate radiological examination of the upper gastrointestinal tract.

Instruction for Use (Dosage & Administration)
Adults & Adolescents (≥ /12 /years old, /≥ /35 /kg):
- 10 /mg tablet, taken up to three times daily, 15–30 minutes before meals.
- Maximum total daily dose: 30 /mg.
- Duration: typically no longer than 7 days unless otherwise advised.
Children (< /12 /years or < /35 /kg):
- Use not recommended; efficacy not established in children under 12 /years weighing < /35 /kg.
Administration guidance:
- Swallow tablets whole with water; do not chew or crush.
- Keep consistent timing; do not double dose if missed—skip it and continue as scheduled.
Precautions & contraindications:
- Contraindicated in moderate to severe hepatic impairment, prolactinoma, mechanical GI obstruction, existing QT prolongation, electrolyte disturbance, significant cardiac disease, and concurrent use of QT prolonging drugs or potent CYP3A4 inhibitors.
