Indications

Dermovate Ointment is indicated for the short-term treatment of:

• Psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque psoriasis)

• Recalcitrant dermatoses

• Lichen planus

• Discoid lupus erythematosus

• Other skin conditions unresponsive to less potent steroids

Instructions for Use

• Application: Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily.

• Duration: Use for up to 4 weeks.

• Maximum Weekly Dose: Do not exceed 50g per week.

• Children: Not recommended for children under 1 year.

• Occlusion: If necessary, occlusive dressings may enhance efficacy; however, avoid prolonged use.

• Aftercare: Allow adequate time for absorption before applying emollients.
