However, although we don't have MOQ, a minimum total charge still applies. For example, for 1 piece embroidery, the minimum total charge is RM150 per round. This is due to the use of a multi-head embroidery machine where only 1 head operates during single-logo production.

Q2: What type of materials do you have for both Snapback and Baseball Caps? A2: We have cotton wool material for both caps. Additionally, we have 100% Premium Cotton Baseball Caps available.
Q3:What logo finishing options are available for caps? Is embroidery the only option? A3: Embroidery is the most commonly used finishing. Options include:

Q5:How should I submit my logo design and what format would you accept? A5: You can submit your logo in AI (Adobe Illustrator) format and send it via Email.
Q6:Is full payment required before production starts? A6: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon delivery.
Q7: Do you provide a sample before proceeding with the actual order for mass production? A7: Yes. We will provide you a sample after your 50% deposit has been cleared.
Q8: For urgent orders, how fast can production be completed? A8: Urgent orders can be completed in as fast as 1 working day, depending on quantity and design.
Q9: Why is there a sample fee (block / digitizing charge)? Is it refundable? A9: The sample (block) fee covers digitizing and setup costs. This fee can be rebated as a deposit after order confirmation, provided there are no design changes. The minimum charge is at least RM150.
Q10: What kind of material is used for samples? Can I provide my own sample item? A10: Samples are normally produced using standard fabric. And yes, you may provide your own sample item. We will use it as a reference to ensure accurate and high-quality results.
Q11: What is the delivery lead time? A11: Around 1 week, depending on location and order volume. Q12: What are the delivery terms? A12: We recommend self pick-up. Courier delivery can be arranged upon request. Q13: Can I provide my own clothing / caps for embroidery? A13: Yes. Customers may supply their own items for embroidery. Q14: How many times can I change my logo? A14: Logo can only change for one (1) time with a single quotation.
Q15: Are there any additional charges for sizes above 3XL? A15: Yes. SizesXS – 2XLare charged at normal rates. However, 3XL and above will have additional charges based on the selected design and size you choose. Q16: Why do the colors look different from the photos shown? A16: Actual colors may vary from the colors shown on your screen. Products may have color tolerances batch by batch due to the standard color dye process. Q17: How many times can I change the design? A17: Only one (1) time. For the second time and onwards, you will be charged RM10 per change each time. Q18: Why does the finished product look slightly different from the reference image? A18: The outlook can be affected by the thread, machine setting, and the quality of the cotton material you choose. These factors are normal in embroidery production. Q19: Why do the colors look different from the pictures and artwork you provided to me? A19: Actual colors may vary +-10% from the colors shown on your screen.

For general orders, we accept either online payment transfer or cash payment at our shop.
