Take one 100 /mg tablet approximately 1 hour before sexual activity.
The dose may be adjusted to 25 /mg or 50 /mg, depending on individual efficacy and tolerability.
Maximum recommended dosing frequency is once daily.
May be taken with or without food.
In cases of severe hepatic or renal impairment, a starting dose of 25 /mg should be considered.
