Take one 50 /mg tablet by mouth approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity (may adjust dose up to 100 /mg or down to 25 /mg depending on response); maximum once daily
Tablets may be taken with or without food, though fatty meals can delay onset of action
Swallow tablet whole with water—do not chew, crush or break it. Take at a fixed schedule if used daily
