Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage (VCC):

    • The propagation delay time is typically 40 ns and can go up to 70 ns at a frequency of 1 MHz and a supply voltage of 4.5 V to 5.5 V.
  5. Power Dissipation (PD):

    • The maximum power dissipation is 100 mW. Ensure adequate heat dissipation if operating near this limit.
  6. Operating Temperature (TA):

    • The device is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
