AUTOMA AT512A Stainless Steel Disco Check Valve
AUTOMA AT512A Series is a stainless steel disco (non-return) check valve designed to allow fluid flow in one direction only and prevent backflow when pumps are shut off.
Full Stainless Steel Construction (CF8M / SS316)
The valve body and disc are manufactured using investment casting CF8M (SS316 equivalent), providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability for demanding process applications.
PN40 Pressure Rating
Designed for high-pressure service with a maximum working pressure of 40 bar for DN15–DN100 and 25 bar for DN125–DN250, making it suitable for industrial pipelines and utility systems.
High Temperature Capability
Capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°C, suitable for hot water, steam, and high-temperature process fluids.
Wafer Type Universal Flange Design
Wafer-type body suits PN, JIS, and ANSI 150 / ANSI 300 flanges, allowing flexible installation across different piping standards.
Vertical or Horizontal Installation
The AT512A can be installed in both vertical and horizontal pipeline orientations, providing design flexibility for plant layouts.
Low Pressure Drop & Fast Response
