Application:
Q-100B automatic metallographic sample cutting machine include body, electric control box, cutting room, motor, cooling system, and abrasive cutting wheel.
It can be used to cut round specimens with Max. diameter 100mm.
It is Equipped with automatic cooling system to cool the sample, to prevent the sample overheating and burning during the cutting process.
It is a manual/automatic integrated cutting machine, which can switch between manual or automatic cutting mode at will. In the automatic state, unmanned operation can be realized. The large worktable and the long cutting distance make cutting large specimens a reality. It has the function of moving up and down, which greatly compensates for the wear of the grinding wheel.
With large cutting chamber and easy operation for user, the cutting machine is one of metallographic test necessary sample preparation equipments for the colleges, factory enterprises.

Maintenance:
1. After cutting, please clean the cutting chamber with clean water and keep it clean and free of debris to reduce machine failure;
2. Do not use sharp objects to collide with the display screen to prevent damage to the display screen;
3. Please do not change the electrical circuits and programs at will to prevent faults and dangers;
4. It is recommended to clean and lubricate the quick clamping device regularly to extend its service life;
5. Check the cutting fluid level at least once a week to maintain an appropriate water level;
6. Lubricate and maintain the equipment regularly, once a week is recommended;
Special attention should be paid to the storage of phenolic resin cutting sheets. These cutting sheets are sensitive to moisture. Therefore, do not mix wet cutting sheets with new, dry cutting sheets. Please store the cutting sheets in a dry place and place them horizontally on a support surface.
