Radial Face Seal / Mechanical Face Seal
Designed for unidirectional, high-pressure, static volume applications, particularly where external pressure is a factor. It is widely used in low-frequency and slow-speed dynamic sealing scenarios, providing effective sealing for light gases, refrigerants, and vacuum conditions. It also performs well in situations where surface smoothness is less than ideal.
The spring-actuated mechanism compensates for minor eccentricities in metal mating surfaces and wear of the sealing layer, ensuring consistent and reliable sealing performance over time.

SPECIAL PAN PLUG SEAL SERIES
Pan-lei seal is a pressure-assisted device with a polytetrafluoroethylene (or other polymer material) jacket, specifically equipped with a corrosion-resistant metal chromium energy spring. At low pressure and zero pressure, the initial sealing force is generated by the metal spring. When the system pressure increases, the primary sealing force is formed by the system pressure. As a result, effective sealing is ensured from zero pressure to high pressure. Under high pressure and high temperature, excessive clearance may cause the sealing jacket to be squeezed into the engagement gap, thereby compromising sealing performance.
When paired with corresponding support rings and backpressure rings, and under specially designed conditions, it can withstand system pressures of up to 350 MPa. The maximum outer diameter can reach 3 meters. The operating temperature range is -200°C to +300°C, making it suitable for reciprocating and rotational motion in various media.
