Case gluing inspection, PACK precise positioning;2KW pixel camera for high-precision addressing and accurate alignment.
Battery Pack Unloading Station
AGV transport cart arrives at designated position. Spreader lifts PACK and places it on unloading pallet.Interlock function, laser distance measurement, infrared positioning
AGV & Cart/Fixture Pallet
AGV transport carts adopt lifting positioning design for precise PACK positioning;
Gripper Module
Grippers enable independent clamping, with freely adjustable compatibility range, for module gripping.
Robotic auto-tightening
At AGV transport cart & PACK auto-tightening station, 6-axis robot enables automatic screwdriving and locking.
