The Cross Guide Table features a high-precision, compact, and highly rigid finite linear motion unit with a cross roller guide installed between the high-precision machined table and base.
This product is widely used in slides for OA equipment and its peripherals, various testers, printed circuit boards, drilling machines, and other precision or automatic lathes, tool grinders, and X-ray equipment.

Advantages :

High Permissible Load
- Because the Cross Roller Guide utilizes high-precision, silent rollers arranged at standard spacing, and the rollers and V-grooves maintain line contact, the Cross Roller Slide ensures long, accurate service life within the specified tolerances.

Diverse Usage
- Because the rollers are arranged perpendicularly to each other, the guide system can evenly support loads acting on the table in all four directions.

High Corrosion Resistance
- The entire series base and table are made of stainless steel.
- Furthermore, the rails, rollers, roller cages, and screws are all made of stainless steel.
- As a result, these guide systems offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Precautions :

Rated load and rated life (Rated load in each direction)
- The rated load of each series is equal in all four directions and its value is recorded in the corresponding dimension table and expressed as C and Co.

Expressed safety factor fs
- When the cross roller table is stationary or moving, it may be subjected to unexpected external forces such as impact or inertia caused by start-up and stop.
It is necessary to consider an apparent safety factor for the applied loads.
Temperature coefficient
- If the ambient temperature of the VRU model exceeds 100°C, to consider the adverse effects of high temperature.
Load Factor
- Reciprocating machinery is often accompanied by vibration or shock during operation.
- This is particularly true during high-speed operation or during repeated starting and stopping.
Accuracy Specifications
- The dimensional tolerances for height (m) and width (w) of the VRU Cross Roller Slide, as well as the running accuracy of the base mounting surface relative to the C and D surfaces, are listed in the dimension tables for each model.
