Kumpulan MOA: Phosphinic acid – HRAC Group 10 (Perencat glutamine synthetase)
Bahan Aktif: Glufosinate-ammonium 13.5% w/w
Bertindak secara sentuhan dengan sedikit pergerakan sistemik.
Menghalang penukaran glutamat → glutamin, menyebabkan ammonia terkumpul → fotosintesis terhenti → daun menjadi kering.
Tidak selektif, sesuai untuk kawalan rumpai spektrum luas.

Ujian ladang di Malaysia: 600 g a.i./ha (~4.4L Bufos 135) dalam 200L air → >95% kawalan rumpai campuran di sawit muda.
Isikan separuh tangki dengan air bersih, hidupkan pengacau.
Masukkan Bufos 135 sambil kacau.
Tambah air hingga cukup isipadu.
Jika air keras (>200 ppm), tambah surfaktan bukan ionik 0.1%.
Sembur sehingga daun basah sekata (tidak menitis).
Gunakan muncung flat-fan/deflector, tekanan 200–300 kPa.
Elak hanyutan; jangan sembur jika angin >10 km/j atau hujan dijangka <4 jam.
Sesuai untuk semburan terarah di bawah sawit, getah, koko, durian, buah-buahan, kawasan industri & burndown pra-tanam.
Masuk semula selepas semburan kering (~12 jam).
Separuh hayat tanah (DT ): ± 3–10 hari → residu sangat minima.
WHO Class III (Berhati-hati).
PPE wajib: sarung tangan, baju perlindungan, pelindung muka. Bekas kosong perlu dibilas 3 kali & dipatahkan sebelum lupus.

Active Ingredient: Glufosinate-ammonium 13.5% w/w
Contact herbicide with limited systemic movement.
Inhibits conversion of glutamate → glutamine → ammonia accumulation → photosynthesis collapse → rapid foliage desiccation.
Non-selective, effective for broad-spectrum weed control.

Half-fill spray tank with clean water, start agitation.
Add Bufos 135 while stirring.
Top up to required volume.
If water hardness >200 ppm, add 0.1% non-ionic surfactant.
Spray to full leaf coverage (not run-off).
Use flat-fan or deflector nozzles at 200–300 kPa.
Avoid drift; do not spray if wind >10 km/h or rain expected <4 h.
Directed/shielded sprays under oil palm, rubber, cocoa, fruit trees, industrial areas, pre-plant burndown.
Safe re-entry once deposits dry (~12 h).
Very short soil persistence (DT 3–10 days), minimal residues in Malaysian conditions.
WHO Class III (Caution).
PPE required: gloves, protective clothing, face shield. Triple rinse & puncture empty containers before disposal.
