How to Use:
- Choose the area of   skin to be pasted and should be free of hair, lotion and oil
- Remove the Sleep Tight Patchure sticker
- Paste the sticker on the acupuncture point either on the shoulder, back of the neck, hips or on the wrist

Notes:
- The recommended use of the sleep tight patchure sticker is for 6-8 hours
