Chemical Processing Plant

This project involves the installation of high-performance epoxy and polyurethane (PU) flooring for a chemical processing plant located in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The flooring system is designed to withstand harsh industrial conditions, chemical exposure, and continuous operational activities commonly found in chemical processing environments.

The installation includes concrete surface preparation, epoxy primer application, heavy-duty epoxy/PU coating system, and protective finishing layers to ensure strong adhesion and long-term durability. The flooring system offers excellent resistance to chemicals, corrosion, abrasion, moisture, and heavy equipment traffic, making it ideal for chemical plants and industrial production areas.

The completed flooring provides a seamless, slip-resistant, and easy-to-maintain surface, enhancing workplace safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency within the chemical processing facility.
