Indicated for substitution therapy in adult patients with essential hypertension who are already stably controlled with:
Perindopril/indapamide fixed-dose combination at the same dosage and
Amlodipine at 10 /mg taken separately.
Not intended for initiating therapy—switch only after achieving stability with the individual components.
1 tablet once daily
Preferably taken in the morning
Before breakfast (on an empty stomach) to optimize absorption—especially of perindopril
Swallow the tablet whole with water
Do not chew, crush, or break it
Monitor blood pressure, renal function, and serum electrolytes, especially potassium during therapy.
Use only as replacement therapy: titrate each component separately before switching to this combination pill.
