Functional characteristics

Complete drilling on six sides of the workpiece at one time, and slot front and back.
Multi-shift production is possible, learning is simple, and the production efficiency can reach 2-2.5 pieces/min.
The minimum board for stand-alone supports 35mm x 70mm, and the minimum board for online supports 50mm x 250mm, which can be produced as a whole.
The feeding and discharging table is full of air flotation holes, which can effectively protect the workpiece from being damaged during the sliding process;
The Y-axis adopts a long guide rail to ensure the maximum processing efficiency, and the double gripper and automatic clamping device ensure the stability of the workpiece during the moving process;
Open docking interface, compatible with xml, BAN, mpr and other formats, seamless docking with the design single software, no programming, scanning barcode can be processed.
