Streamline your complex wiring projects with our Professional 37-Way (DB37) Computer Connectors. Featuring two high-density rows of pins (19 on top, 18 on bottom), this connector allows you to consolidate 37 independent signal lines into a single, secure interface. Whether you are building custom cables for laboratory sensors, industrial PLC systems, or specialized medical equipment, these solder-type plugs offer the reliability and electrical integrity required for mission-critical data.
Industrial Automation: The standard interface for multi-channel digital I/O and PLC control modules.
Data Acquisition (DAQ): Connect high-density sensor arrays to measuring instruments and data loggers.
Scientific & Medical Gear: Used in specialized diagnostic and laboratory hardware for secure signal telemetry.
Aerospace & Telemetry: Reliable for multi-path analog and digital communication in demanding environments.
37-Pin High-Capacity Interface: Provides 37 individual points of contact, reducing the need for multiple smaller connectors and simplifying cable looms.
Precision Solder Buckets: Each pin features a high-quality solder cup for a permanent, vibration-proof connection—ideal for custom cable lengths.
Advanced RFI/EMI Protection: The rugged steel shell provides 360-degree grounding to shield sensitive data from external electronic interference.
Durable Nickel-Plated Contacts: High-conductivity copper alloy pins ensure a low-resistance path for signal-level power and data.
Space Efficiency: Effectively manages dozens of wires in a single, standardized D-Sub footprint.
Rugged Build Quality: Designed to support the weight and tension of thick, industrial-grade multi-core cables.
Professional Setup: Compatible with all standard DB37 plastic and metal backshells for superior strain relief.
Type: DB37 / D-Sub 37-Pin (Standard Density)
Pin Layout: 2 Rows (19 + 18 Pins)
Gender: Available in Male Plug (Pins) or Female Socket (Holes)
Attachment: Solder-Type
Is this larger than a Parallel Port connector?
Yes. A Parallel port is 25-pin (DB25). The DB37 is physically wider to accommodate the additional 12 pins. Please ensure your device or cable hood is sized for 37 pins.
Can I use this for power transmission?
These are primarily signal connectors (typically rated for 3A–5A per pin). They are perfect for low-voltage control signals but should not be used for high-voltage mains power.
Do I need a special crimper?
No. These are solder-type connectors. All you need is a standard soldering iron to attach your wires to the internal buckets.
