Firstly, Ms Yeebin (PIC) has been the sweetest person. Not only she answered all questions patiently, she handled mummies' needs responsively and personally shared baby's daily report in the WhatsApp group every morning.
Secondly, the nursery staff (Syira, Hana, Syahidah, Fiffy) have been the greatest help! They checked my little one's jaundice twice daily using a hospital-grade device. When I had severe blocked ducts on Day 3, they proactively gave useful advice and helped clear them while waiting for the lactation masseuse. They also taught me how to hold and massage my baby to relieve colic quickly.
Thirdly, the food is so so so good! I'm a picky eater, but the meals prepared by the aunties definitely cured my cravings. No fancy platings, but the taste certainly makes up for it!
Cleanliness wise - Nothing to complain about! Everyday cleaning and bedsheet changed every 4 days. Since I had a C-sec, the cleaning kakak was kind enough to bring herbal bath water into my bathroom. The center boils fresh herbal water in an electric kettle daily, making it super convenient to wash my face/hands even when not showering. Very thoughtful action!"
