• Active Ingredient: Terazosin Hydrochloride Dihydrate equivalent to 5 /mg Terazosin per tablet
• Excipients: Includes lactose, croscarmellose sodium, red iron oxide (E172), and other standard fillers
• Dosage Form: Round, bevel-edged red uncoated tablet, debossed (often marked with a code)

• Symptomatic management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)—relieves urinary obstruction by relaxing smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder neck
• Treatment of mild to moderate hypertension, as monotherapy or in combination with other antihypertensives

• Initial dose (all indications): 1 /mg orally at bedtime to reduce postural hypotension risk, with gradual dose escalation as needed
• For Hypertension: 1–5 /mg once daily (usually morning), up to 20 /mg/day depending on therapeutic response
• For BPH: Typically increased to 5–10 /mg once daily, based on symptom relief; some patients may remain on 5 /mg
• Administration: May be taken with or without food. Tablets should be swallowed whole—do not chew, crush, or split

• If a dose is missed, take it when remembered unless it’s almost time for the next scheduled dose. Do not take two doses in one day to make up for a missed dose
