Content

• Each film coated tablet contains rosuvastatin calcium 10.4 /mg, equivalent to rosuvastatin 10 /mg.
• Manufactured and distributed by Y.S.P. Industries (M) Sdn /Bhd, Malaysia

• Reduce elevated total cholesterol, LDL C, and Apo B, and to increase HDL C in hyper  and mixed dyslipidaemia, including primary dysbetalipoproteinaemia (Type III) and homozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia (HoFH).
• Help slow progression of atherosclerosis and reduce risk of cardiovascular events in those with high cholesterol and elevated cardiovascular risk

• 10 /mg once daily, taken at the same time each day, with or without food.
• Dose adjustments every 4 weeks depending on lipid response and tolerability; maximum dose may go up to 40 /mg daily for patients at high cardiovascular risk.

• Asian patients (including Malaysian) or those with predisposing factors for myopathy: start at 5 /mg once daily.
• Elderly (>70 /years): initial dose of 5 /mg daily recommended.
• Moderate renal impairment: start at 5 /mg daily; adjustment may be needed.
• Homozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia: higher doses (up to 20 /mg) may be used in children 6–17 /yrs, but 40 /mg not recommended in paediatric patients.

• Take the missed dose as soon as possible, unless it's nearly time for the next dose. Do not double up doses. Continue regular schedule.
