F.B.R. dual fuel burners with two-stage or modulating control operate on gas and heavy oil, engineered for industrial heating systems requiring reliable high-capacity thermal output.

Product Overview

F.B.R. dual fuel burners are designed for industrial applications requiring flexible, high-efficiency operation using natural gas or heavy oil. Built with two-stage progressive or modulating control, these burners combine pressurized fan performance, combustion head stability, and dual-fuel combustion safety. The system includes preheating and filtration circuits for heavy oil, ensuring dependable ignition and stable operation across a broad thermal range. EL versions come equipped with electronic control for enhanced modulation.

Two-stage progressive or modulating combustion (depending on version)
Inox steel combustion head for improved flame performance
Reverse-blade fan with centrifugal air pressurization
Integrated preheating, filtration, and degassing systems for oil circuits
Separate motors for fan and pump (in EL versions)
Flame detection via UV probe and Class A safety-certified gas trains
Supplied with nozzles, flexible hoses, oil filters, flange, and insulating gaskets
Optional: modulation kits, O /CO feedback, and fieldbus interface modules
