FISCHER FIS EM Plus 390 S is a two-component, high-strength epoxy-based chemical injection mortar designed for anchoring and securing heavy loads in concrete, masonry, and solid base materials. It provides superior adhesion, rapid curing, and excellent mechanical strength, making it an ideal solution for demanding construction and retrofit applications.
This product is considered equivalent to the well-known HILTI RE-500, offering similar performance in strength and durability.

Surface Preparation: Drill hole according to manufacturer’s diameter and depth specifications. Clean thoroughly to remove dust, grease, and debris using a brush and compressed air.
Mixing & Dispensing: Use a suitable manual or pneumatic dispenser to mix and inject the mortar uniformly into the hole.
Insertion: Insert the anchor/rebar immediately after injection.
Curing: Allow proper curing time before loading.
Safety: Wear gloves, goggles, and follow safety guidelines during handling.
