The WEH® TW141 quick connector is specially designed for pressure, leak, and function testing of straight tubes, as well as for filling closed cooling circuits with refrigerants. Suitable for tube outer diameters from 6.0 mm to 22.2 mm, this connector enables secure, leak-tight connections within seconds—without the need for hand tightening or additional sealants.
Its innovative jaw locking mechanism minimizes surface pressure, reducing the risk of deforming the test piece. The lever-actuated design ensures easy and ergonomic handling, while eliminating lateral forces during connection and disconnection.
For enhanced safety, the connector features internal pressure support, preventing disconnection under pressure higher than 5 bar. The NBR front seal is easily replaceable, minimizing maintenance downtime.
